1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the 444p999 website accessible at https://444p999.org and any associated mobile applications or services operated by 444p999 Entertainment Ltd.
• "444p999", "we", "us", or "our" refers to 444p999 Entertainment Ltd., the operator of the Platform.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the Platform.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the primary currency supported by the Platform for deposits and withdrawals.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or matched deposit bonuses credited to an Account by 444p999.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

2 Acceptance of Terms

3 Eligibility

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of another person.
• You have not previously had an Account terminated by 444p999 for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of 444p999 Entertainment Ltd. or any of its affiliated game providers.

4 Account Registration

To access the full range of 444p999 services, you must create a registered Account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at all times, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details.
• Maintain only one (1) Account per person. Duplicate accounts, whether created intentionally or inadvertently, are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• Keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account.
• Notify 444p999 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
• Update your Account information promptly if any details change.

444p999 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on any Account at any time, including requesting government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or termination.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

444p999 supports PKR-denominated transactions through the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank, UBL Bank, Meezan Bank, and Crypto (USDT). All deposits are credited to your Account in PKR at the prevailing rate where currency conversion applies.

Deposits:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 444p999 does not charge deposit processing fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed. Contact support at [email protected] immediately if you believe a deposit error has occurred.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit into your Account or to a verified account in your own name.
• A valid KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. 444p999 may request copies of a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or payment method documentation.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. Verified accounts in good standing typically receive withdrawals within two (2) hours for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transactions.
• 444p999 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where fraud, bonus abuse, or other policy breaches are suspected pending investigation.
• Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from Bonus Funds that have satisfied the applicable Wagering Requirement are eligible for withdrawal.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

444p999 offers various promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and VIP rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. 444p999 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per user, household, device, or IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.

7 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 444p999 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are displayed within each game. In addition, the following general gameplay terms apply across all 444p999 services:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited for fairness. 444p999 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or server error during a game round, 444p999 will endeavour to restore the game to its last known valid state. If this is not possible, the stake for the affected round will be refunded.
• Bets placed and accepted by the system are final. Bets cannot be cancelled after they have been confirmed, unless the specific game rules explicitly permit cancellation.
• For sports betting, odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. 444p999 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds.
• Maximum win limits apply per game and per session. These limits are displayed within the relevant game and may be updated periodically.
• 444p999 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where the platform determines that an error, system fault, or exploitation of a technical vulnerability has occurred.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 444p999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Operating multiple Accounts or allowing another person to use your Account.
• Using automated software, scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any form of mechanical assistance to interact with the Platform or gain a competitive advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or technical vulnerabilities. Any such vulnerabilities discovered must be reported to 444p999 immediately and must not be exploited.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any other form of sports integrity violation in connection with sports betting markets offered on the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent any security or access control mechanism of the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 444p999 staff, support agents, or other users of the Platform.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 444p999 Platform — including but not limited to the 444p999 brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, software, text, layout, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 444p999 Entertainment Ltd. or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from 444p999.
• Use the 444p999 name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without explicit authorisation.
• Frame or mirror the Platform or any part of it on any third-party website.

Any unauthorised use of 444p999 intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved by 444p999 Entertainment Ltd.

10 Privacy & Data

444p999 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at https://444p999.org/privacy-policy.

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the Platform or any part thereof, including interruptions caused by technical faults, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Any errors or omissions in game outcomes that result from third-party software providers, provided that 444p999 has applied reasonable care in selecting and monitoring such providers.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform, including betting tips, odds information, or promotional material.

444p999's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms, regardless of the cause of action, shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

444p999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• Requirement to comply with a legal obligation, regulatory directive, or court order.

Upon termination of an Account for cause, 444p999 may withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where termination is not for cause, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Account holder via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 444p999 Entertainment Ltd. is incorporated, as specified in 444p999's gaming licence documentation.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the 444p999 Platform, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. 444p999 operates a formal complaints procedure. All complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and a substantive response will be provided within 10 business days. If a complaint cannot be resolved through internal channels, it may be escalated to the relevant independent dispute resolution body as specified in 444p999's gaming licence conditions.

15 Amendments to These Terms

444p999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect upon publication of the updated Terms on the Platform at https://444p999.org/terms-conditions, unless a specific effective date is stated.

Where changes are material — meaning they materially affect your rights or obligations as a user — 444p999 will endeavour to provide reasonable prior notice via your registered email address or an in-platform notification. It remains your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Your continued use of the 444p999 Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request Account closure as described in Section 13.
